About the Instructor:

Patricia is a certified prenatal yoga instructor that has taught prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga and mommy & baby yoga classes for over a decade.  She has taught at studios throughout the South Bay, Los Angeles, and out of the country in England, U.K. Patricia has led multiple teacher trainings and continuing education seminars.  Patricia holds Yoga Alliance designation as an E-RYT and YACEP.
