Patricia teaches Pregnancy Yoga the Khalsa Way which uses stretching postures, breathing, relaxation techniques & meditation from both the Hatha and Kundalini Yoga traditions to offer relief from the common discomforts of pregnancy, while strengthening the body, heart and mind. Mothers practice postures for strength and stamina. Women learn to surrender and go with the flow in preparation for labor and delivery. Click here for a list of pregnancy yoga classes. You can also book Patricia for private or semi/private Pregnancy or Mommy and Baby yoga classes.
For women who wish to conceive, Patricia teaches restorative yoga classes to aid in fertility. This class is also appropriate for women who are undergoing IVF treatments. We use meditations and visualizations to calm the mind so that she can begin to align herself with the pregnancy mindset and Universal Energy and reduce fears and worries sometimes associated with IVF.
Patricia also offers Couples Pregnancy Yoga for Birth Preparation classes a few times per year. For more information on the next class, or to book Patricia for a private couples class, click here.
Class is open to all yoga levels and stages of pregnancy.
